Enrico Borghetto

Enrico Borghetto (personal homepage) is a postdoctoral researcher at CESNOVA, FCSH/NOVA. Previously, he completed a BA in Political Science at the University of Bologna (Forlì), a Ph.D at the University of Milan and he was postdoctoral researcher at the University of Milan from 2008 to 2012. He was visiting researcher at the University College London, the Research Unit on European Governance (URGE, in Turin), the University of Washington (Seattle) and the University of Mannheim (Germany). His research has focused on compliance with EU policies, the Europeanisation of national legislation, legislative studies and European decision-making. As regards his studies on the Italian policy agendas, he analyses the causes, mechanisms, and dynamics of how political parties allocate attention across policy issues to define their agenda and how these decisions impact on legislative outcomes.
